We all begin with the same simple need:
One Breath,One World
to feel safe, to breathe, to live without fear.
No one is born believing that another person deserves less air, less freedom, or less safety. But somewhere along the way, we build walls. Some are visible. Some are invisible. We build them from fear, from power, from distance, from the belief that what belongs to us must belong to us more than it belongs to someone else. And slowly, even something as simple as the air we share begins to feel unequal. This song began with a simple thought: What if the wind were justice? It does not belong to anyone. It does not ask who we are. It should reach everyone. But when the wind is allowed to blow only in certain directions, we begin to live differently. Some breathe freely. Some learn to hold their breath. And when people cannot feel safe, even love becomes difficult. Perhaps that is where the distance between us begins. Not because we were born different, but because we learned to build walls. ⸻ Breath belongs to no one. This sky belongs to no one. We only arrive for a little while. And then, eventually, we leave. So perhaps the smallest thing we can do is leave enough space for someone else to breathe. Not because we are the same. But because we are here at the same time, under the same sky.
